SUBJECT: The County was served on April 3, 2018, as a defendant in the above-referenced case in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. seeks to foreclose a mortgage dated August 31, 2006, which mortgaged certain real property located in Clay County, Florida. There is no interest of the County to defend in this proceeding as explained in the attached memorandum.
