SUBJECT: The proposed amendment to the Land Development Code would allow County staff to resume driveway maintenance responsibility with respect to the drainage culverts under the driveways.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This item was brought to the Board of County Commissioners last month.  However, Engineering staff has requested a change in the language to make it clearer that only the drainage culverts will be maintained by the County.  Maintenance of the driveway itself will continue to be the responsibility of the land owner.
