BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On February 26, 2003, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Susan Conroy in the amount of $19,836.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a fifteen (15) year forgiveness clause.  The fifteen years have since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
