BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The property was zoned BB circa 1970's and is not viable for commercial development. The applicant has filed a Comprehensive Plan amendment (CPA 2018-05) to amend the land use to rural residential and this rezoning will provide consistency with the new land use if approved.
