BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the May 22, 2018, meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, the Board authorized the use of Florida Statutes Section 125.35(2) to conduct a private sale of a portion of property lying along the west side of the Paul Armstrong Park (the “Park”) to provide for access from CR220 to an adjacent owner’s property. This is the next step in this process.
