| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | At the Board's meeting of July 24, 2018, the Board agreed to sell a portion of Armstrong Park to Fleming Industrial Park, LLC and entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement. This matter is now before the Board for the Board to deliver the Quit-Claim Deed; to grant to FIP LLC a temporary construction easement, a temporary access easement and an access, drainage and maintenance easement; and to execute a termination agreement as to Agreement/Contract No. 98/99-101 and a termination of a roadway maintenance agreement, all in accordance with the Purchase and Sale Agreement. |
