BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On April 3, 2009 the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Roslyn Raymie in the amount of $15,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.   Ms. Raymie recently sold her home and the $15,000.00 has been repaid to the County.  The homeowner is released from this obligation.
