BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
At the Board's meeting of August 14, 2018, the Board approved, among other documents, a temporary access easement as part of the sale of a portion of Armstrong Park to Fleming Industrial Park, LLC (FIP LLC).  FIP LLC has requested a change to certain language in the temporary access easement. The change to the language is not material to the County’s interests in the sale of the portion of Armstrong Park to FIP LLC. See attached memorandum.
