BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On January 28, 2004, the Clay County SHIP program made a loan to Daniel J. Denapoli in the amount of $7,500.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a seven (7) year forgiveness clause.  The seven years has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
