| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 4, 2018 on PUD 18-02, at which time they reviewed a revised plan presented by the applicant to add a cul-de-sac for Manhattan Avenue adjacent to lots 49 and 50. They recommended approval of the revised PUD 8-0, subject to County Engineering approval. Citizens and the Board raised concerns with regard to drainage within the area. The applicant noted that SJRWMD permits would be required to address drainage from this site. CPA 2018-02, amending the land use designation from Rural Residential to Rural Fringe, adopted by the BCC on August 28. |
