SUBJECT: The Division of Emergency Management is requesting the Board’s adoption of the Resolution and Promulgation formally recognizing the newly revised Comprehensive Emergency Plan by the county.  Said plan has been reviewed and approved by the State. Following approval by the county, the plan will be put before each municipality for their adoption.  Once these steps are completed, the plan will be considered compliant according to State Rule 27P-6.006(11).

According to State Rule 27P-6.006(11), each county's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan must be updated every four years.
