BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The Capital Improvement Element is a five year schedule of capital improvements which are Comprehensive Plan (concurrency) related. Section I of Exhibit A of the ordinance lists the road improvements related to the Comprehensive Plan which are to be constructed by the County.

Companion to this item is the Capital Improvement Program, which will be presented for BCC consideration in the form of a Resolution. Improvements addressed in the Capital Improvement Program are non-comprehensive plan related and are listed in Section II of Exhibit A.
