SUBJECT: The Petition was submitted by Todd Anthony Escher, as the owner of a portion of Block 14, Town of Lake Geneva. The cover letter submitted with the Petition is dated August 7, 2018, requesting that the County relinquish its rights in the road right of way.  The property owners have submitted all necessary fees for the release. The current right of way is not being used as a roadway.  The only other affected property owner has submitted a signed letter having no objections to the closure.
