SUBJECT: This item provides a summary of existing policies and Land Development Regulations that address the funding of dashed line roads in the Lake Asbury Master Plan Area.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
There are several policies and regulations that address the funding of the system of dashed line roads proposed in the Lake Asbury Master Plan Area.  However, these policies and regulations require modifications or action from the Board in providing for any funding of these roads.  Staff is looking for direction from the Board on this issue.
