BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On July 15, 2005, the SHIP Program provided a loan was to Richard E. and Candace M. Long in the amount of $10,00.00, funded through the first time homebuyer's down payment assistance program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a seven (7) year forgiveness clause.  The seven years has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
