BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 2, 2014, the SHIP Program made a loan to Mercy Support Services for the purchase of a group home to assist homeless persons back to self sufficiency.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage.   Mercy Support Services has sold this home and the funds have been repaid in full.
