BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On March 14, 2017, the SHIP Program provided $23,525.00 worth of rehabilitation services at the home of Helen M. Utlak.  A due on sale mortgage was secured with a five (5) year forgiveness term.  The terms of the mortgage provide for a  20% reduction on the anniversary date of the Mortgage.   Unfortunately, Ms. Utlak passed away recently and her home was sold.  Her loan has been paid in full releasing her and her heirs from further obligation.
