SUBJECT: Proposed Drainage Easement for Earl Baxley Rd - As part of the First Coast Expressway project, portions of properties were purchased near the end of Earl Baxley Road.  This road was is a prescriptive roadway.  This easement will abandon our prescriptive right to the portion of the road that dead ends and grant to the County a Drainage Easement for any stormwater runoff from the remaining portion of the prescriptive roadway.
