Grimm | | | | | SUBJECT: The Clay County Department of Public Safety received an application from the Town of Orange Park for a Class E and F Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (COPCN). The application was to be presented to the designated Standing Committee on November 6, 2018 to hear the application, make findings and then provide a recommendation to the Board. At the November 6, 2018 hearing, the matter before the Standing Committee was continued to December 4, 2018. (L. Mock)
