| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The Planning Commission voted 5-2 to approve the application. Board members discussed the proposed access to and from Shedd Road within the proposed PUD, and discussed the proposed 50 foot lot width. The applicant revised the proposed site plan to provide a more direct connection of Shedd Road through PUD roads to CR 315 in response to the Planning Commission concerns. This property was originally rezoned to PUD, Ord. 2005-28, it rezoned to PUD, Ord. 2008-28, and rezoned to PUD, Ord. 2015-07. No construction or final development plans have ever been received. |
