BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The Planning Commission held  the first public hearing to consider the amended and re-advertised application Z-18-08 to rezone from BA and AR to BB-2 at 3965 Scenic Drive.  The Planning Commission voted 4-1 to approve.  The application was amended by the applicant after the hearing on November 6, 2018. This application has been re-advertised, re-posted and new letters sent to adjacent property owners.
