BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On November 12, 1998 the Clay County SHIP Program made a  loan to Roberta L. Spurlock in the amount of $7,685.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyers Down Payment Assistance Program.  This loan was made as a due on sale mortgage with a five year forgiveness clause.  The five years have since passed and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
