SUBJECT: Approval to post notice of intent and award Bid #18/19-5, Camp Chowenwaw Jungle Trail Boardwalk and Fishing Pier Replacement to C & H Marine Construction, Inc. at a cost of $274,300.00 which includes Alternate amount of $48,100.00 for composite decking. The lowest bidder, P & G Construction, Inc. could not provide the proper license required in the bid.  Approval will be effective after 72 hour period for protest has expired.  Funding Source: 001-3201E-563000 (General Fund / Camp Chow DEP Grant / Infrastructure) (J. Bid provides for mobilization, site preparation, erosion and turbidity control, marine structure demolition, clearing and cutting of trees & vegetation, off-site disposal of demolition materials, and construction of a new boardwalk and fishing pier structure. This project is funded by a DEP Grant.
