Authorization was obtained from the Finance and Audit Committee on 12/4/2018 to place this item directly on the 12/11/2018 BCC agenda and to waive the Purchasing Policy. This Agreement is for planned maintenance, repair and replacement parts service of equipment at the Clay County jail.
