BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On April 3, 2009, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Delector Lee Swanigan, Sr. and Terrie Yvette Jacho-Swanigan in the amount of $15,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Program.  This loan was made as a due on sale mortgage.  The Swanigan's have refinanced their home and have re-paid their obligation to the county in full.  The homeowners are released from their obligation.
