BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On July 11, 2008, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Kimberly Ann Cottril in the amount of $15,000.00, made under the First time Homebuyer Program.  The loan was made as a due on sale mortgage.  Ms. Cottril has since paid off her obligation in full to the county.  The homeowner is released from her obligation.
