SUBJECT: The applicant is requesting a change in the written statement pertaining to the perimeter buffer requirements for the PCD.  Commission District 2, Mr. Bolla.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The property is currently partially occupied with the remaining buildings under construction.  The PCD written statement requires both a 6' fence and 6' shrubs.  The applicant would like to remove the requirement for the 6' shrubs and be subject to only the fence requirement.  This change would be consistent with the landscape code.
