SUBJECT: Final public hearing to consider small scale amendment, CPA 2018-14, amending from Agriculture to Rural Residential on 10 acres located at 5870 CR 209 South.    The total acres of small scale amendments if approved would be 10.56 acres if all small scale amendments on this agenda are approved.  The subject property is in the Green Cove Springs Planning District and in Commission District 1, Mr. Cella.
