| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | On September 16, 2011, the Clay County NSP 1 Program made a loan to Jacquelyn Smith in the amount of $29,287.37) funded through the NSP 1 Program for Down Payment Assistance to First Time Homebuyers. This was made as a due on ale mortgage. Ms. Smith recently sold her home and the second mortgage has been re-paid to the county in full. The homeowner is released from this obligation. |
