| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | On March 14, 2017, the Board approved a recommendation on the possible location of EV charging stations at Clay County facilities (see attached memo). The installation of these charging stations is being funded through a TPO grant, and is limited to governmental facilities. The TPO is looking for final recommendations no later than March 1, 2019. Staff's recommendation is the Fleming Island Library/Thunderbolt Park and the Orange Park Library are two locations where these stations should serve the general public.
