| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The Capital Improvement Element is a five year schedule of capital improvements which are Comprehensive Plan (concurrency) related. Section I of Exhibit A of the ordinance lists the improvements related to the Comprehensive Plan which are to be constructed by the County.
