| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The applicant is requesting that Parcel 14 of the Fleming Island Plantation DRI be split to designate Parcel 14A. Map H of the DRI designates uses allowed on each parcel by zoning category. Parcel 14 does not allow for a Pet Boarding Facility, which is permitted by right in BB-3 zoning. The applicant proposes to amend Map H to allow BB-3 zoning on this parcel, but to limit the uses to a Pet Boarding Facility. |
