| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The current provisions regulating borrow pits and ponds do not include time limits, clear dimensional standards or a means of protecting the County’s roadways. In anticipation of the wide use of fill dirt to support upcoming development, County staff are proposing revisions to both the borrow pit and private pond regulations. |
