| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | The construction of the Black Creek Subdivision is complete. A final inspection was held to ensure the construction is in accordance with County standards.. The developer has submitted all the required documentation. There are three bonds for this project. One is a two year warranty bond and the second one is a bond for the final lift of asphalt pavement. The third bond is a performance bond on the required fencing and landscaping. |
