| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | In September, 2017, after a number of meetings and workshops, the Board voted to adopt the Road Impact Fee Schedule that is correctly in effect. The impact fee that was adopted was finalized in the attached Tindale-Oliver report, and was based on a countywide v/c ratio of 1.0. According to the Tindale Oliver study, the County has the option to implement a fee that is based on a V/C ratio that is between the achieved LOS of 0.46 and adopted standard as long as there is a commitment to continue to provide this same LOS in the future. If the Board adopts an impact fee based on a v/c 0.65, it is anticipated that sufficient revenue will be generated to provide a countywide LOS of 0.65. For comparison purposes, staff has also provided an impact fee based on a countywide LOS of 0.74.
