BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

The owner of Block 3 of Peeks Subdivision has requested that the ROW adjacent to the property, Cherokee Street, be closed.  This road is not built, nor is it ever likely to be.  There are no utilities on this ROW.

 

Note that Hiawatha Street was requested to be closed, but already was with resolution 97/98-68.
