| | | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | | This DRI was initially created and approved by the County in 2009. In order to be approved, the DRI had to propose a transportation mitigation plan to offset the regional transportation impacts of its development. The mitigation plan comprises the right of way dedication and construction of the road known as the Green Cove Springs Bypass which will connect U.S. 17 south of Green Cove Springs, with the outer beltway, and then continue to connect with State Road 16 at Springbank Road. See attached memorandum for additional information. |
