4.  ABM Building Solutions, LLC = 83.33

5.  Ameresco = 81

A committee consisting of the Facilities Maintenance Director, Facilities Program Manager and Plan Reviewer has performed the evaluation and ranking. Submittals are available for review in the Purchasing Department. The Board may direct staff to begin negotiations with the number one ranked Firm or if desired may request presentations.  Funding Source: To be determined (J. Householder)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The purpose of the RFQ shall be to provide an engineering and economic basis for negotiation of an Investment Grade Energy Audit and Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract between the ESCO and the County for the implementation of energy conservation measures discussed in the audit. Upon review, evaluation and acceptance of the proposal by the County; the County may negotiate an Investment Grade Energy Audit with the ESCO towards a Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contract for the planned energy-saving improvements, which may provide financing of the energy-saving capital improvements.
