Pursuant to Board direction, staff is providing this white paper that addresses (1) impact fees and possible increases; (2) transportation needs and priorities and their costs; and (3) the steps necessary to repeal transportation concurrency if the fee is increased. In order to facilitate the size of the spreadsheets, Exhibits 2 and 3 are loaded under separate file. |
