SUBJECT: This is a public hearing to consider an ordinance to eliminate transportation concurrency and the Fair Share Program from Articles IV, X and XA, respectively, of the Land Development Code.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

At its May 28, 2019 meeting, the Board of County Commissioners adopted an ordinance increasing the transportation impact fees. As a result, the Board directed that transportation concurrency and the Fair Share Program be eliminated from the Land Development Code.
