SUBJECT: Following Hurricane Irma, County staff has been working to ensure all substantially damaged properties are complying with County/State and Federal Regulations pertaining to Building Code, Flood Plain Management and FEMA . After multiple attempts for compliance, staff needs direction on how to handle those who are not compliant.
