BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On October 27, 2006, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Jeremy C. Riggs in the amount of $20,000.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a ten (10) year forgiveness clause.  The ten year period has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
