BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
On April 24, 2003, the Clay County SHIP Program made a loan to Sheila D. Duket in the amount of $19,359.00 funded through the First Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program.  This was made as a due on sale mortgage with a fifteen (15) year forgiveness clause.  The fifteen year period has since passed without default and the homeowner is released from this obligation.
