BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

Comprehensive Plan Amendment to change the future land use designation of 2,421.1 acres from Planned Community to Lake Asbury Master Planned Community, Lake Asbury Village Center, Lake Asbury Greenway, Rural Fringe, Mixed Use, Commercial and Conservation. The proposed amendment also includes changes to LA FLU Policy 1.1.5, FLU Policy 1.4.1 and FLU Policy 1.4.3.
