SUBJECT: LDC-2021-06 is a proposed text amendment to Article XII changing the size limit in acreage for a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment application.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
This amendment is brought forth in response to recent legislation (House Bill 487) which became effective on July 1, 2021 which increased the acreage applicable to a Small-Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment from 10 acres to 50 acres.
