The purpose of this RFQ was to solicit services of a engineering consulting firm experienced in stormwater modeling, flood resiliency, FEMA regulations, and water quality. The objective of this project is to develop a stormwater master plan for the entire County. The plan shall consist of a comprehensive analysis of proposed stormwater systems and evaluate the existing stormwater system in order to develop policies, strategies and a prioritized phased improvement program with projected costs to address current and future stormwater infrastructure needs.
