SUBJECT: This is language that amends the powers and duties of the Board of Adjustment to clarify that they have no authority to address land use issues.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The present language in the Land Development Code is not clear in addressing their duties in addressing issues of permitted and conditional uses.  Only the BCC can make that determination.
