SUBJECT:

A) Approval to post the Notice of Intent and Award Bid No. 21/22-54, CR 220 At Town Center Blvd. Intersection Improvement Project (RE-BID) to Hubbard Construction Company in the amount of $846,030.39. Approval will be effective after the 72 hour protest period has expired. 

 

B) Additional approval of the accompanying agreement with Hubbard Construction Company. The Contractor shall accomplish material acquisition within 180 calendar days from the NTP Date. Construction days will start as soon as Contractor begins work in the area, and shall have 60 days to complete construction.

The Contractor is responsible for performing the construction of intersection improvements at CR 220 at Town Center Boulevard. The improvements include construction of offset left turn lanes and associated improvements.

 

This project has been funded in part by FDOT. 

 

The Bid was sent to 149 Contractors.

5 Contractors attended the mandatory pre-bid meeting.
