| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND INFORMATION: | The parcel is located on Knight Boxx Rd. between Blanding Blvd. and Old Jennings Rd. The first 300 ft. depth from Knight Boxx Rd. is bordered on the north and south by commercial zoning districts. The remainder of the property, more than 300 ft. from Knight Boxx Rd. is bordered by RD-3 zoning and AR zoning districts, both are residential districts. The requested variance is to reduce the setback for the portion of the parcel that abuts residential zoning districts from 25 ft. to 5 ft. Where the adjoining parcel is zoned for business the Land Development Code allows for a building to be placed up to the side lot line |
