BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
Annually, the Board must adopt a resolution establishing the rate of assessment of properties within the Hidden Waters MSBU for the ensuing fiscal year. No public hearing is required prior to the adoption of the resolution. This is the 24th year of the Hidden Waters MSBU program. The assessment this year is $140.00 per unit/parcel which is the same as last year.
